Using time-tested recipes and quality cooking methods, Spokandy’s candy makers and chocolatiers create some of the finest, Almond Toffee Bars, Cherry Cordials, Silky Creams, Coconut Bon-Bons, Old-Fashioned Fudge, Chewy Caramels, Italian Nougats, and of course 31 flavors of their renowned Chocolate Truffles. The candy makers at Spokandy’s Chocolate Truffles begin the candy making process at 6:00 am every morning.
Using carefully guarded recipes and finely tuned candy making skills they blend premium Guittard chocolates with heavy cream, sweet butter, C&H cane sugar, fresh roasted nuts and real vanilla to create the unique candy centers needed for that day’s orders. Once the candy makers are finished with cutting and shaping the candy centers, skilled chocolatiers begin the process of coating the centers in the finest chocolate couvertures. After being coated in perfectly tempered chocolate, each style of confection is uniquely decorated to make it easily identifiable by the candy packers. Once the candy is properly packaged it is ready to be shipped to individual customers across the USA or to wholesale customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
